Hi, I’m Jenny Fahy….
I was born into the rhythm of the land here in Ireland, held in a long lineage of Irish farmers, where soil, animals, and changing seasons shaped my first sense of home. That belonging has never left me, it has simply taken different forms.
My life has unfolded in many directions, through travel, early motherhood, environmental and social activism, learning and education, each step a thread in a larger weaving.
The sudden loss of my mother in my early 30’s became a doorway, turning me inward and back toward study, healing, and the quiet work of transformation.
From this, my path into therapeutic and social care work practice emerged, leading me to becoming a social studies lecturer (professor) shaped as much by lived experience as by training and education.
In 2024, I found my way back to the land. On 1.7 acres, I am gathering all that has been.
Earth and body, grief and growth, movement and stillness, into one living space. A place to root, to listen, and to gently become.

26x FIELD-RECORDED AUDIO EXPERIENCES
Stories and Songs from the Land, recorded fortnightly specifically for you to connect to nature, to bring you into a relationship with the seasons and with your active imagination. I will bring you nature sounds, bird song, and my own singing voice, sharing songs in Gaelic and in English. You can tune-in to these stories and songs when your nervous system is over-activated, when it needs soothing and regulation.

12x SEASONAL NATURE TEACHINGS
Each month I will take you through what plants, trees are in season, offering my wisdom and knowledge from the land. This regular connection to the natural cycles will support your personal relationship with your own life cycle. You will slow down, breathe, You will remember who you are, where you have come from, connecting to the spirit of the Land and feeling into your connection to something bigger than yourself.

4x RITUALS TRADITIONAL TO IRELAND
Following the patterns of the gaelic and celtic calendar, I will invite you into rituals and celebrations that we host on this land to mark the beginning of each season; Bealtaine (Summer), Lunása (Autumn), Samhain (Winter) and Imbolc (Spring). You will be invited to set your own intentions, share them with me in-advance & they will be ignited on the land of Ireland during the Fire/Earth rituals. This process will enhance your soul-connection and connection to your roots.

4x SYSTEMIC & CULTURAL CONVERSATIONAL IMMERSIONS
Focusing in on social and cultural narratives, stories and experiences connected to Ireland, such as a history of the feminine in Ireland, the relationship between pre-christian Ireland and nature, drawing on my experience as a social studies lecturer and systemic constellations facilitator, I will lead 4x LIVE conversations during the winter months on Zoom, to stimulate meaningful insights and reflections.
The pace and rhythm of the world right now is shaping us whether we’re conscious of it or not. Attention is being pulled outward. Nervous systems are running high. Disconnection spreading. Anxiety increasing.
The Emerald Circle is a deliberate counter-move. This is an act of resistance
A place to return to the Land of Ireland, and the deeper currents that can keep you anchored in what’s real and grounding and
We can stay rooted, connected, and clear in the middle of it all.
This circle will be part of your support system and how you hold yourself through these times.
The Emerald Circle membership space will give you an opportunity to move from mindless scrolling on your phone to mindful engagement. This is a chance to say NO MORE to the brain-rot that Tik Tok and Instagram cultivate. The content in this circle will arise from my relationship with the Land, and I will be guided by the seasons and the spirit of the Land
The Emerald Circle membership space will not involve any social media group platforms. No Feeds. No Algorithms. No performative spaces. Just a private circle rooted in presence, place and real connection. Everything is accessible on your phone, so you can enter the work whether you’re at home or moving through the world.
