Work Privately with me
Private Zoom sessions for individuals who feel ready to deepen their connection to their moving body and how they express themselves in the world
“I lead people through embodied movement experiences using sound, rhythm, and sensation as pathways to reconnect body, breath, and spirit to the beat. Through simple movements that arise from the body, we allow soulful expression to emerge as past, present, and future move through us.”
My Approach
My joy and soul purpose is when I am supporting people to come home to their bodies, to feel their feet on the ground, to sense their breath moving, and to listen for the quiet pulse of their own inner rhythm.
My work is a gentle weaving of body-centred practices and Alchemical Movement Meditation, creating a grounded, attentive space where what has been held, muted, or forgotten can be met with care. Through movement, presence, and listening, I can support you to meet the places where your flow has stalled and your rhythm has shifted, so your natural vitality and creative life force can begin to move again.
I am particularly experienced in working with persons who have experienced a split between their body and spirit as a result of familial sexual abuse, coercive control and other body and boundary violations.
With over twenty-six years of experience in the 5Rhythms practice, alongside clinical training as a creative psychotherapist and systemic family constellations facilitator, I offer private online sessions for those ready to deepen their relationship with their moving bodies and to bring their creative expression more fully into their lived, everyday life.
We will meet online initially for 30 minutes for a connection call, and this is an opportunity for you to hear about the professional services that I offer clients online, which includes a block of 1:1 embodiment coaching and/or a specific bespoke self-directed offering that I can tailor to suit your intentions and needs at this time. Let’s connect and we can work through what you need right now.
**My work is trauma-informed through my experiences as a therapist and as a social care worker in Family Support services and Domestic Abuse services in Ireland but it is not psychotherapy that I am offering here**
