Hi, I’m Jenny Fahy….
I was born into the rhythm of the land, held in a long lineage of farmers, where soil, animals, and changing seasons shaped my first sense of home. That belonging has never left me, it has simply taken different forms.
My life has unfolded in many directions, through travel, early motherhood, environmental and social activism, learning and education, each step a thread in a larger weaving.
Aged 24, I found the 5Rhythms, a movement practice that has carried me, grounded me, and returned me to myself again and again.
The sudden loss of my mother in my early 30’s became a doorway, turning me inward and back toward study, healing, and the quiet work of transformation.
From this, my path into therapeutic and social care work practice emerged, leading me to becoming a social studies lecturer (professor) shaped as much by lived experience as by training and education.
In 2024, I found my way back to the land. On 1.7 acres, I am gathering all that has been.
Earth and body, grief and growth, movement and stillness, into one living space. A place to root, to listen, and to gently become.
