In a 5Rhythms class you will be invited to explore what it is like to follow your own body, your own feet, your own movement, your own instincts.
It is a creative, free yet disciplined practice, that will take you out of your head and into your body.
Healing, connecting, awakening, increasing your self-awareness. Your body if it is given the opportunity and space, will know what it needs and how it wants to dance.
Jenny has been moving with this practice since she found her way into a class in Galway in June 2000 and she trained with the founder, Gabrielle Roth and The Moving Centre in 2007. She continues to dance regularly for her own enjoyment and exploration.
