HARVEST DANCE - At this Autumnal Equinox time in the Northern Hemisphere, mid-way between mid-Summer and mid-Winter, we reflect on the Harvest we are receiving and the balance in ourselves, in our lives, in Nature and in our Dances

On Saturday, 19th September, we will gather together on Zoom, from 3pm to 4pm GMT (10am Eastern or 7am Pacific) for an Autumnal Equinox 5Rhythms movement session.

THIS SESSION WILL BE RECORDED SO IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE LIVE EVENT, AN AUDIO RECORDING OF THE EVENT WILL BE SENT TO YOU AFTERWARDS, ON REQUEST, BY EMAIL
