CHRYSALIS - A MIDWINTER SOLSTICE DANCE - A MIDWINTER SOLSTICE DANCE - Leaning into the darkness, to find the golden light within

On Sunday, 20th December 2026 we will gather together on Zoom, from 3pm to 4pm GMT (10am Eastern or 7am Pacific) for a MidWinter, Solstice themed 5Rhythms movement session.

THIS SESSION WILL BE RECORDED SO IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE LIVE EVENT, AN AUDIO RECORDING OF THE EVENT WILL BE SENT TO YOU AFTERWARDS, ON REQUEST, BY EMAIL

*CHRYSALIS * is a space for us to connect with our wintering dance, and to the metamorphosis that is happening at this dark time of the year as we nest inside, awaiting the turning towards the sun, the light that is to follow.

You will be invited to create a small altar in your home, or another place of Dance - maybe that will be outdoors in Nature, you decide. Bring a candle to light together.

This is going to be a special gathering of people from across the time zones. I am honoured to hold this space for you.
