REUNION - ALL SOULS DANCE - 5RHYTHMS ONLINE - HONOURING THOSE WHO HAVE PASSED

On Saturday, 1st November we will gather together on Zoom, from 3pm to 4pm GMT (11am Eastern or 8am Pacific) for a Samhain themed 5Rhythms movement session.

Think of it as a Reunion Dance, where I will be inviting you to connect with your Soul in the Dance and to meet and dance and reunite with the Souls of your Ancestors, honouring those that have passed, through our creative moving presence.

You will be invited to create a small altar in your home, or another place of Dance - maybe that will be outdoors in Nature, you decide. Bring a candle to light together and a symbol(s) to represent your Ancestors and those that have passed.

This is going to be a special gathering of people from across the time zones, where our Souls and the Souls of our Ancestors will connect through this 5Rhythms practice. I am honoured to hold this space for you.
